In the process of sweeping frequency with terahertz, when the terahertz frequency point corresponds to the characteristic peak frequency of the substance to be detected, resonant absorption occurs, and the transmitted/reflected terahertz wave electric field intensity will suddenly decrease. In the electromagnetically induced transparency spectrum corresponding to the Rydberg quantum state, the signal splitting amplitude is significantly reduced.
