Abstract: An on-line multi-component gas analysis system based on a spectral absorption technology includes a housing, wherein the housing includes an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole which are respectively connected with an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, and the housing includes a dust removal and dehumidification device, a micro vacuum pump, an electronic flowmeter, and a plurality of different gas sensors; the dust removal and dehumidification device, which is configured to perform dust removal and dehumidification treatment on a gas entering from the air inlet hole; the micro vacuum pump, one end of which being connected with the dust removal and dehumidification device through a pipeline, and the other end of which being connected with the electronic flowmeter; and the plurality of different gas sensors. The disclosure includes an analysis method based on the on-line multi-component gas analysis system based on a spectral absorption technology.

Abstract: A method for recycling waste polyester, in particular to a method for recycling waste polyester by a modified alcoholysis method to recycle waste polyester to prepare dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), is provided and belongs to waste polyester recycling technology field. The waste polyester after dewatering and deoxygenation treatment is used as a raw material, in the step of feeding in melted state the alcoholysis agent is added in the melted waste polyester for preliminary alcoholysis, and the alcoholysis agent is ethylene glycol. On one hand, alcoholysis reaction occurs when the waste polyester raw material are melted, and at the same time, the viscosity of the melted material is reduced. Thus, the melted material remains melted at the alcoholysis temperature and is not easy to solidify again after entering the alcoholysis tank, ensuring that the alcoholysis is carried out under homogeneous conditions.

Abstract: A method for preparing a soil conditioner comprises the following steps: swelling alginates in distilled water to obtain alginate gel; adding chitosan to prepare an alginate/chitosan composite material; reacting with N-isopropylacrylamide, and dissolving the obtained reaction product in water to obtain an aqueous phase; dissolving a soil conditioning material in a solvent to obtain an oil phase; mixing the oil phase with the aqueous phase, and performing stirring reaction and centrifugal separation to prepare the product. Compared with the prior art, the present invention implements conditioning and intelligent controlled release of soil by means of molecular structure design and composition control.
