    Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention discloses a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel includes a driver wiring layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, and a cathode layer. The driver wiring layer includes a cathode voltage line, and the electron transport layer is connected to the cathode voltage line. The cathode layer is connected to the electron injection layer. Patterns of the electron transport layer and the electron injection layer are the same as a pattern of the cathode layer. The display panel further includes a resistance reduction layer located between the cathode voltage line and the electron transport layer. The present invention simultaneously patterns the cathode layer, the electron injection layer, and the electron transport layer by a mask plate and forms the same patterns.

    Abstract: A CaTiO3-based oxide thermoelectric material and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The CaTiO3-based oxide thermoelectric material has a chemical formula of Ca1-xLaxTiO3, where 0<x?0.4. The present disclosure makes it possible to prepare a CaTiO3-based thermoelectric material with properties comparable to n-type ZnO, CaTiO3, SrTiO3 and other oxide thermoelectric materials. Among them, the La15 sample has a power factor reaching up to 8.2 ?Wcm?1K?2 (at about 1000 K), and a power factor reaching up to 9.2 ?Wcm?1K?2 at room temperature (about 300 K); and a conductivity reaching up to 2015 Scm?1 (at 300 K). The CaTiO3-based oxide thermoelectric material exhibits the best thermoelectric performance among calcium titanate ceramics. The method for preparing the CaTiO3-based oxide thermoelectric material of the present disclosure is simple in process, convenient in operation, low in cost, and makes it possible to prepare a CaTiO3-based ceramic sheet with high thermoelectric performance.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a first optical refraction layer and a second optical refraction layer. The first optical refraction layer includes a plurality of openings. The second refraction layer is filled in the plurality of openings. A refractive index of the second optical refraction layer is greater than a refractive index of the first optical refraction layer. Furthermore, nanoparticles are further disposed in the second optical refraction layer. When light passes through, the first optical refraction layer and the second optical refraction layer can effectively improve transmittance rates of the light. Meanwhile, the nanoparticles can further act on the light, thereby effectively increasing a light extraction rate of the display panel and improving display effect of the display panel.
