    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a Thermobifida fusca cutinase mutant and a soluble expression method thereof, belonging to the technical field of enzyme engineering. In the present disclosure, the mutant D204C/E253C and disulfide isomerase DsbC of periplasmic proteins are co-expressed in mutant E. coli Origami B (DE3), but the recombinant E. coli Origami B (DE3)/pSCDsbC-D204C/E253C obtained is easily misfolded and forms a large number of inclusion bodies in the expression process, and the ratio of soluble expression is extremely low. The present disclosure further achieves highly soluble expression of the cutinase mutant D204C/E253C by co-expression with molecular chaperonin DsbC in the mutant E. coli Origami B (DE3), and has certain industrial application prospects.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to wireless communication over a shared spectrum carrier utilizing a broadcast, common control channel. The broadcast control channel may be multiplexed with a unicast control channel. Further, a scheduling entity may allocate a semi-static set of resources for the broadcast control channel, providing a shared search space on the shared spectrum carrier. The resource allocation for the shared search space may be based on one or more parameters, which may be cell-specific parameters. This shared search space may include resources distributed across the shared spectrum carrier, or a contiguous set of resources that spans only a portion of the carrier. The broadcast control channel may be configured for high reliability, and may carry time-critical control information relating to access control for the shared spectrum carrier. The AGV motion control information and the device operation information are generated by the AGV system based on the sensor data and the device state. The motion of the virtual AGV and the virtual device is controlled in the emulation environment based on the AGV motion control information and the device operation information, respectively. Time and effort spent by a deployment engineer on deployment and debugging are reduced, factory downtime is decreased, and an entire AGV system and an AGV sensor can be validated.

    Abstract: A double-stranded DNA biomarker derived from exosomes is useful in early diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, and applications thereof. The biomarker is genome double-stranded DNA fragment specifically derived from exosomes in blood serum of pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma patients. The double-stranded DNA can represent variations of RET, VHL, and HIF2A with high frequency of somatic cell mutation, and metastatic phenotype-related SDHB, which are susceptibility genes of PCCs and PGLs. The circulating exosome DNA in patient's peripheral blood contains 97% of the same chromosomal point mutation information as the tumor cells from which the DNA originated. There is evidence of the existence of double-stranded DNA in the serum exosomes of PCCs and PGLs. The double-stranded DNA can be used to identify mutations in tumor cells and provide a noninvasive molecular marker for the clinical diagnosis and preoperative evaluation of PCCs and PGLs.

The user device may sign the challenge using an authentication private key corresponding to the registered authentication public key, and may return the signed challenge to the provisioning server. In response, the provisioning server may provide provisioning data to the user device. The registration, authentication, and provisioning process may use public key cryptography while maintaining confidentiality of the user device, the provisioning server, and then authentication server.
