    Abstract: A computing system receives a video bitstream comprising a current picture that includes a first block. The system determines that the first block is encoded using a first reference block and a second reference block. The system identifies a high-level syntax (HLS) flag in the video bitstream that indicates a weighting scheme for using the first and second reference blocks. The system reconstructs the first block using a first set of weighting factors for reference values from the first reference and second reference blocks when the HLS flag has a first value. The system reconstructs the first block using a second set of weighting factors for the reference values from the first and second reference blocks when (i) the HLS flag has a second value and (ii) at least one of the first and second reference blocks is at least partially outside of a corresponding reference boundary.

The method also includes attempting to detect a downlink signal during a second COT in a second fixed frame period of the base station that occurs immediately after the idle period.     Abstract: Disclosed is a self-incompatible dihaploid potato and a production method therefor, and a hybrid potato and a seed production method therefor. The production method includes the following steps: haploid-inducing a diploid potato carrying one or more heterozygous self-compatibility genes by a haploid induction line, and screening haploid mutants; selecting a haploid mutant which does not contain any self-compatible gene; and performing chromosome doubling on the haploid mutant which does not contain any self-compatibility gene to obtain a self-incompatible dihaploid potato line. The self-incompatible dihaploid potato is used as a female parent for seed production, such that emasculation may be avoided, hybrids do not bear fruits, and the yield of the potato is increased.

A portion of the leading edge surface which is aligned with the mid-plane is incompletely compressed.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support reducing a time domain selectivity of a downlink channel with multiple signal paths. A base station may spatially precode multiple channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) and transmit the spatially precoded CSI-RSs to a user equipment (UE), where at least one spatially precoded CSI-RS may correspond to each signal path. Based on the spatially precoded CSI-RSs, the UE may determine a mean or average Doppler shift for each signal path. The UE may transmit, to the base station, signaling indicative of the respective average Doppler shifts for each signal path. Based on the indication of the Doppler shifts, the base station may spatially and temporally precode one or more downlink transmissions to the UE, which may reduce the time domain selectivity of the downlink channel.
