Abstract: A computing system receives a video bitstream comprising a current picture that includes a first block. The system determines that the first block is encoded using a first reference block and a second reference block. The system identifies a high-level syntax (HLS) flag in the video bitstream that indicates a weighting scheme for using the first and second reference blocks. The system reconstructs the first block using a first set of weighting factors for reference values from the first reference and second reference blocks when the HLS flag has a first value. The system reconstructs the first block using a second set of weighting factors for the reference values from the first and second reference blocks when (i) the HLS flag has a second value and (ii) at least one of the first and second reference blocks is at least partially outside of a corresponding reference boundary.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) operating in frame-based equipment (FBE) mode includes transmitting, to a base station, during a shared base station first channel occupancy time (COT), a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) actual repetition prior to an idle period in a first fixed frame period of the base station. The method also includes attempting to detect a downlink signal during a second COT in a second fixed frame period of the base station that occurs immediately after the idle period. The method further includes transmitting a second PUSCH actual repetition in the second fixed frame period after the idle period, in response to detecting the downlink signal and in response to a processing timeline being satisfied.

Abstract: Disclosed is a self-incompatible dihaploid potato and a production method therefor, and a hybrid potato and a seed production method therefor. The production method includes the following steps: haploid-inducing a diploid potato carrying one or more heterozygous self-compatibility genes by a haploid induction line, and screening haploid mutants; selecting a haploid mutant which does not contain any self-compatible gene; and performing chromosome doubling on the haploid mutant which does not contain any self-compatibility gene to obtain a self-incompatible dihaploid potato line. The self-incompatible dihaploid potato is used as a female parent for seed production, such that emasculation may be avoided, hybrids do not bear fruits, and the yield of the potato is increased.

Abstract: While performing a tomosynthesis procedure, the breast of a patient is compressed between two compression elements to create an imaging condition. Foam is secured to the rigid substrate of a one of the compression elements. The patient's chest wall is aligned with the leading edge surface of the foam. The inner side of the breast is disposed proximate the lateral edge surface of the foam and the outer side of the breast is disposed proximate the outer lateral edge surface of the foam. A mid-plane is disposed between the inner and outer lateral edge surfaces of the foam. An interface connects a leading edge surface of the foam and compressive surfaces. A portion of the leading edge surface which is aligned with the mid-plane is incompletely compressed.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating priority rules for measurements based on CD-SSBs and/or NCD-SSBs are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes indicating a UE capability to a network. The example method also includes receiving a configuration for a measurement object and a DL BWP, the configuration indicating that the DL BWP includes a CD-SSB, includes an NCD-SSB, or that an SSB is absent. The configuration for the measurement object and the DL BWP may be based at least on one or more of a duplex mode type, a frequency range, a type of the DL BWP, or the UE capability.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support reducing a time domain selectivity of a downlink channel with multiple signal paths. A base station may spatially precode multiple channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) and transmit the spatially precoded CSI-RSs to a user equipment (UE), where at least one spatially precoded CSI-RS may correspond to each signal path. Based on the spatially precoded CSI-RSs, the UE may determine a mean or average Doppler shift for each signal path. The UE may transmit, to the base station, signaling indicative of the respective average Doppler shifts for each signal path. Based on the indication of the Doppler shifts, the base station may spatially and temporally precode one or more downlink transmissions to the UE, which may reduce the time domain selectivity of the downlink channel.

The nanofiber emulsion is nanofiber emulsion of a pomelo peel sponge layer, and is PCNF emulsion obtained by emulsification of a nanofiber emulsion stabilizer of the pomelo peel sponge layer and an oil phase; the amount of the nanofiber emulsion in the baked food is 18-90%, and the nanofiber emulsion replaces oil in traditional baked food; when the PCNF emulsion is added to the batter, bubble density of the batter is larger, and proper addition of the PCNF emulsion can reduce specific gravity of the batter, improve aeratability of the batter with soybean oil, reduce a baking loss rate and water activity, and prolong the shelf life of the cakes with the PCNF emulsion; hardness and chewiness of the cakes can be reduced.

A per-bandwidth part (BWP) serving cell MO configuration is configured by the DU according to the serving cell MO.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automated workflow include assigning a set of first targets to an uncompiled first workflow. The uncompiled first workflow specifies a first set of process modules. Each such module is associated with a subset of unit operations. Each unit operation includes a time interval and specifies an instrument. For each target in the set of first targets, the uncompiled workflow is translated into an instance of a compiled first workflow that includes a linear temporal order of unit operations. This translating resolves a logical condition of the uncompiled first workflow.
