The method includes: obtaining gateway station information, according to an ephemeris information table or a system message; calculating feeder link information of a current communication link, according to the obtained gateway station information; and determining a satellite communication system parameter of the terminal according to the feeder link information.

The method includes: a central unit (CU) sending a request message to a first distribute unit (DU), the request message being used for requesting information related to candidate cell configuration for a terminal, wherein the first DU is a DU where candidate cells are located; the CU receiving the information related to candidate cell configuration, which is sent by the first DU; and the CU configuring a candidate cell for the terminal.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses a method for detecting link failure of a sidelink and a terminal. The method includes: transmitting target information through a sidelink, where the target information includes a first reference signal or a data packet; and determining, if a transmission status of the target information meets a preset criterion, that no link failure occurs on the sidelink, and determining, if otherwise, that link failure occurs on the sidelink.

The method comprises: a UE determining whether there is data transmission at an SCG; when it is determined that there is no data transmission at the SCG, controlling a PSCell in the SCG to enter a sleep state; and when it is determined that there is data transmission at the SCG, controlling the PSCell in the SCG to enter an activated state. In the embodiments of the present application, when it is determined that there is no data transmission at an SCG, a UE controls a PSCell in the SCG to enter a sleep state, thereby avoiding wasteful power consumption; moreover, there is no need to release the SCG, such that there is also no need to configure the SCG again when data transmission is initiated at an SCG side again, and data transmission is scheduled at the SCG in a timely manner according to a CSI measurement result reported when the PSCell is in the sleep state, thereby reducing the data transmission delay.
