    Abstract: Provided is an oral Pt(IV) anticancer prodrug containing a 3-bromopyruvate as an axial ligand, with a molecular formula of cis,trans,cis-[Pt(1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane)(OH)(3-bromopyruvate)(C2O4)]. It is a prodrug of oxaliplatin and 3-bromopyruvic acid is a small molecular glycolysis inhibitor. The prodrug is able to simultaneously act on DNA replication and glycolytic pathways of cancer cells, giving full play to the advantage of double-acting targets. The oral Pt(IV) anticancer prodrug is synthesized by using oxaliplatin as a starting material, performing axial oxidation with H2O2 and neutralizing the oxidized product with 3-bromopyruvic acid.

    Abstract: A method for synthesizing a labeled pyruvic acid is provided. An isopropenyl Grignard reagent is added to a reaction vessel and cooled to a preset temperature. A carbon isotope-labeled carbon dioxide is added to the reaction vessel and continuously reacted with the isopropenyl Grignard reagent for a preset time. The reaction system is added with an acid and adjusted to a preset temperature to quench the reaction. The reaction system is subjected to ozonization, and reduced in the presence of a reducing agent. Impurities are removed to obtain the labeled pyruvic acid.

    Abstract: A miniature optoelectronic signal conversion and transmission device includes an optoelectronic signal module and an optical-fiber connector combined together. The optoelectronic signal module includes a silicon substrate that is electrically connected with a driver chip and an optoelectronic signal processor board arranged in a stacked package. The silicon substrate includes light-transmitting and light-receiving elements. Optical fibers provided in the optical-fiber connector have a signal receiving/transmitting terminal forming a refraction surface corresponding to and spaced from the light-transmitting and light-receiving elements. When an optical signal is transmitted through the optical fibers to the refraction surface, the optical signal is redirected for transmitting toward the light-transmitting and light-receiving elements.
