The apparatus generates a plurality of first temporary values by multiplying each of the appliance efficiency values with each of the electricity-consuming parameters, generates a power saving matrix by subtracting each of the electricity-consuming parameters from each of the electricity-consuming parameters individually, generates a changing willingness matrix by the second temporary values, calculates a transform probability matrix by the power saving matrix and the changing willingness matrix, calculates an eigenvalue and an eigenvector of the transform probability matrix, and recommends an electricity consumption behavior according to the eigenvalue and the eigenvector.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for creating a power consumption model and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium thereof are provided. The apparatus is stored with a power consumption datum for each of a target user and a plurality of users. The apparatus selects several users as a group, uses the power consumption data of the users in the group to create a predicted model, calculates a predicted power consumption value for the target user, calculates a difference according to the predicted power consumption value and a real power consumption value, and repeats the aforementioned operations until a criterion has been satisfied. The apparatus selects the groups whose corresponding difference is smaller than a predetermined value and creates a power consumption model by the power consumption data of the users that appear more than one time and the power consumption data of the target user.

The receiver is configured to receive an electricity signal continually. The processor is electrically connected to the storage and the receiver, and configured to sample the electricity signal to obtain a piece of testing electricity information, and store the testing electricity information in the storage. The processor is also configured to sample the electricity signal every sampling interval to individually obtain a piece of reference electricity information until the number of the reference electricity information is equal to a preset sample amount, and store the reference electricity information in the storage. Finally, the processor is configured to compute a statistical feature of the reference electricity information, and compare the testing electricity information with the statistical feature to obtain a comparison result.

Then, a plurality of cover ratios of a sunshade device on an opening of a building is defined, and according to an environment parameter and the user environment requirement, a total electricity consumption required by air conditioning equipment and by lighting equipment in the building corresponding to each of the cover ratios is calculated. Finally, a cover ratio that produces the minimum total electricity consumption is obtained, and the sunshade device, the air conditioning equipment and the lighting equipment are adjusted according to the obtained cover ratio, so as to make the building meet the user environment requirement and maintain a status of the minimum total energy consumption.
