A terminal device receives downlink control information (DCI) transmitted by a network device for scheduling target data. The terminal device receives the target data transmitted by the network device. The terminal device determines a feedback parameter of a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook according to the DCI. The HARQ-ACK codebook includes HARQ-ACK information of the target data, the feedback parameter includes a feedback mode of the HARQ-ACK codebook and/or a feedback resource for transmitting the HARQ-ACK codebook, and the feedback mode of the HARQ-ACK codebook includes a semi-static feedback mode or a dynamic feedback mode. The terminal device transmits the HARQ-ACK codebook to the network device according to the feedback parameter.

In the present solution, when the terminal apparatus determines that the transmission resource authorized by the network apparatus includes at least one split resource, based on the transmission resource or the split resource, the configuration authorization timer is started, which provides a solution for how to process split resources.

In the method, the UE receives first information transmitted by a network device. The first information includes autonomous transmission information, or information indicating activation or configuration of the autonomous transmission. The UE determines whether the autonomous transmission is configured or activated based on the first information. If it is determined from the first information that the autonomous transmission is configured or activated, the autonomous transmission is performed based on the first information. With the method, the autonomous transmission can be controlled based on the first information transmitted by a network, such that the implementation complexity of the UE can be reduced when the autonomous transmission of the UE and a network scheduled retransmission coexist, and the process is simple and clear, thereby reducing complexity of the UE and standardization work.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for increasing the fidelity of measured genetic data, for making allele calls, and for determining the state of aneuploidy, in one or a small set of cells, or from fragmentary DNA, where a limited quantity of genetic data is available. Poorly or incorrectly measured base pairs, missing alleles and missing regions are reconstructed using expected similarities between the target genome and the genome of genetically related individuals. In accordance with one embodiment, incomplete genetic data from an embryonic cell are reconstructed at a plurality of loci using the more complete genetic data from a larger sample of diploid cells from one or both parents, with or without haploid genetic data from one or both parents. In another embodiment, the chromosome copy number can be determined from the measured genetic data, with or without genetic information from one or both parents.

Additionally, responsive to reaching selected leaf nodes of the data structure, embodiments generate one or more snapshots of the video excerpts associated with the leaf nodes, wherein the leaf nodes are selected based on the feedback.
