An apparatus includes: a receiving module, an obtaining module, a wake-up module, and a running module. In the present invention, only the application program that needs to be run is run, while the dormant application program in the application programs except the application program that needs to be run is still kept in the dormant state.

Compared with the chemical method, this process does not produce any harmful gases during the production process, does not require high temperature, high pressure, and complex metal catalysts, and is a green and environmental protection production method.

    Abstract: A spoiling apparatus for triggering a turbulent transition by autonomous disturbance and spoilers. The spoilers are mounted in multiple grooves in the circumferential direction of a navigating body, when a flow autonomously undergoes a turbulent transition, the spoilers remain in the grooves, the surface of the navigating body is free of protrusion, thus causing no additional flow resistance. A rated critical Reynolds number is set, in a case of a reduced flow speed and reduced density, the flow is a laminar flow, at which time the pressure applied to the spoilers by the flow is reduced, and the spoilers are ejected under the effect of compression springs. When ejected, the spoilers disturb the flowing of the bottom layer of the flow, and trigger the laminar flow into a turbulent flow.

When the device is configured as a fiber optical attenuator, displacement of a plunger in the actuation region alters the alignment of two optical fibers in the fiber alignment region, thereby varying the optical intensity between the two fibers. A series of beams in the actuation region successively reduces an initial displacement of a first beam to a smaller displacement of the plunger. When the device is configured as an optical switch, displacement of the plunger in the actuation region displaces the first optical fiber from a first position in alignment with the second optical fiber into a second position in alignment with a third optical fiber.
