  • Patent number: 11968249
Abstract: A coordinator module for improving communications within a cloud computing system is disclosed. The coordinator module initiates transaction requests by generating a coordination context, where the coordination context includes a transaction context, a coordination type, and an initiator supplemental address. The coordinator module includes a supplemental address handler for creating the initiator supplemental address that unique identifies the coordinator module and the associated pod. The coordinator module receives transaction responses, where the transaction response includes a coordination context. The coordinator module includes a transaction context checker to verify that the transaction response was not received in error, by comparing the received transaction context with a saved transaction context. The coordinator module includes a registration bridge that identifies an alternate coordinator module and alternate pod to process the transaction response if the transaction contexts do not match.

  • Patent number: 11940707
Abstract: A high-speed and low-voltage electro-optical modulator based on a lithium niobate-silicon wafer. A silicon wafer is located above a lithium niobate wafer; a lithium niobate-silicon hybrid waveguide is formed by etching a silicon waveguide; and the power of light waves is differently distributed in the lithium niobate-silicon hybrid waveguide by changing the structure of the silicon waveguide. When higher power is distributed in the silicon waveguide, the high-speed and low-voltage electro-optical modulator is suitable for realizing a compact wave splitting function, a wave combining function and a thermo-optical modulation function; and when higher power is distributed in the lithium niobate waveguide, the high-speed and low-voltage electro-optical modulator is suitable for realizing a high-speed and low-voltage electro-optical modulation function.

  • Publication number: 20240068001
Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for chemically synthesizing a Helicobacter pylori core lipopolysaccharide oligosaccharide antigen carbohydrate chain, and belongs to the technical field of carbohydrate chemistry. The disclosure uses D-glucose, D-galactose and D-mannose as starting materials, which undergo a series of protection and deprotection reactions to prepare eight monosaccharide blocks. The eight monosaccharide block compounds as shown in formulas 2 to 9 undergo glycosylation reactions under catalysis of corresponding activating reagents, to prepare H. pylori lipopolysaccharide core oligosaccharide antigen fragments as shown in formula 1. The disclosure further combines the synthesized oligosaccharide fragments with a chip to make a carbohydrate chip, screens the optimal antigen fragments using patient serum, or combines the synthesized oligosaccharide fragments with carrier proteins to make glycoconjugates.
