    Abstract: Disclosed are a process and continuous system for producing LiPF6, and a prepared mixture crystal, composition, electrolyte solution and lithium ion battery containing LiPF6. During preparation, a first feed stream containing PF5 and a second feed stream containing LiF and HF are introduced into a first microchannel reactor, a gas part of a product in the first microchannel reactor is introduced into a second microchannel reactor to react with a third feed stream containing LiPF6, LiF and HF, and a liquid part of the product in the first microchannel reactor is subjected to crystallization and drying to obtain LiPF6. The LiPF6 has the advantages of a high purity, a uniform particle size, a high product quality stability, etc., and is suitable for use as a component of an electrolyte solution of a lithium ion battery.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a networked control system (NCS) time-delay compensation method based on predictive control. The method comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring random time-delay data in an NCS, and preprocessing the data; (2) predicting the current time-delay by using a fuzzy neural network (FNN) optimized by a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm; (3) compensating the predicted time-delay by using an implicit proportional-integral-based generalized predictive control (PIGPC) algorithm; (4) determining whether a preset work end time is up according to a clock in the NCS; if yes, ending the process; if no, returning to step (2). The method disclosed by the present invention can accurately predict and effectively compensate the NCS time-delay and has excellent development prospect.

    Abstract: An efficient and cost-effective method for usage of emulation machine is disclosed, in which a new concept and use model called debug station is described. The debug station methodology lets people run emulation using a machine from one vendor, and debug designs using a machine from another vendor, so long as these machines meet certain criteria. The methodology and its associated hardware hence are called a ‘platform neutral debug station.’ The debug station methodology breaks loose usage of emulation machines, where people can choose the best machine for running a design, and the best machine for debugging, and they do not need to be the same. Unlike the past, where people needed to run emulation and debug a design using same emulator from beginning to the end, the mix-and-match method described herein allows users to use emulators in the most efficient way, and often most cost effective too.
