    Abstract: A method of measurement gap (MG) configuration of a first user equipment (UE) for sidelink positioning reference signal (SL-PRS) measurements comprises determining, at a network node, information regarding a first positioning reference signal (PRS) measurement to be made by the first UE. The first PRS measurement may comprise an SL-PRS measurement. The method also comprises determining, at the network node, information regarding a second PRS measurement. The method also comprises determining an MG configuration, where the MG configuration schedules at least one MG for at least one period of time during which during which the first UE is to make the first PRS measurement, and the MG configuration is based at least in part on the information regarding the first PRS measurement and the information regarding the second PRS measurement. The UE determines whether certain PRS measurements, PRS resources, PRS resource sets, or TRPs contribute to a consistent position estimate and/or consistent positioning measurements.
