  • Patent number: 11965420
Abstract: Disclosed are a shield tunnel segment structure and a construction method thereof. The shield tunnel segment structure includes segment blocks sequentially spliced in a circumferential direction. Each segment block forms a closed annular segment structure, and outer diameters of adjacent annular segment structures gradually increase in an axial direction. At least two adjacent segment blocks of the same annular segment structure form an annular inner groove, and at least one segment block of the adjacent annular segment structures is provided with an inner bump which matches the annular inner groove. At least two adjacent segment blocks of the same annular segment structure form an annular outer groove, and at least one segment block of the adjacent annular segment structures is provided with an outer bump which matches the annular outer groove. The annular outer grooves and the annular inner grooves are staggered in the circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20230291252
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a rotor of an induction motor comprising a rotor body (1), alternating rotor teeth (2) and rotor slots (3) arranged along a circumference of the rotor body (1), and a plurality of grooves (4) provided at an end of the rotor teeth (2) or a plurality of voids (5) provided within the end of the rotor teeth (2) that are provided symmetrically about a center line (10) of the rotor teeth (2). The rotor and the induction motor having the rotor of the present disclosure can, for example, reduce the radial force of the stator caused by the slotting effect by about 50%. Therefore, the user's comfort can be greatly improved, while the efficiency of the induction motor can be improved, and the life of the induction motor can be prolonged.

  • Patent number: 10418870
Abstract: A synchronous reluctance motor includes a stator and a rotor. The rotor is configured to rotate relative to the stator about a rotational axis. The rotor is spaced apart from the stator to define an air gap between the stator and the rotor and includes a rotor core defines an outermost rotor surface and an innermost rotor surface opposite the innermost rotor surface. The rotor core includes a plurality of ribs separating rotor cavities from each other and includes a plurality of rotor bridges separating the air gap and the rotor cavities. Permanent magnets are each disposed in one of the rotor cavities. The magnet surface area of the permanent magnets is less than cavity surface area of the rotor cavities. Each of the permanent magnets is adjacent to the outermost rotor surface to maximize magnetic saturation at the ribs and the rotor bridges.

  • Publication number: 20180367005
Abstract: A stator assembly includes a plurality of stator slots, including a first stator slot defining a slot axis. A plurality of conductors is at least partially positioned in the first stator slot and forms a winding set. The assembly is characterized by uneven conductor lengths and a combination of series and parallel connections in the coil sets of the winding set. The winding set includes at least one coil set with the conductors connected in series and at least one coil set with the conductors connected in parallel. At least one of the conductors extends a first conductor length along the slot axis and at least another of conductors extends a second conductor length along the slot axis. The first conductor length is different from the second conductor length. The assembly results in reduced winding alternating current losses, enhanced motor torque and additional turn count options.

  • Patent number: 7759835
Abstract: In a stator for an electric machine and a method for manufacturing a winding for the stator of such an electric machine L-shaped wire segments having a rectangular cross-section are inserted into slots arranged around the stator The long leg of the L-shaped wire segment is then inserted, into or through, a respective slot and the wire segment is then bent into an S-shape resulting in a second short leg while reducing a length of the long leg. The first short leg of each one of a majority of the wire segments is then electrically connected to the first short leg of another one of the wire segments and the second short leg of each one of a majority of the wire segments is electrically connected to the second short leg of yet another one of the wire segments.

  • Patent number: 7489097
Abstract: A method of controlling a brushless direct current motor without a position sensor. The motor includes a plurality phase windings adapted to be energized by an active inverter circuit that synchronously applies drive voltages through a plurality of phases to produce drive currents in the phase windings.
