    Abstract: Provided herein is a system and method for monitoring the health of a steering system of a vehicle. Methods can include: receiving location information and motion information associated with a vehicle; determining, from the location information, a map-matched road segment associated with the location information; establishing a geometry of the map-matched road segment based on map data of a map database; filtering the motion information associated with the vehicle to establish a baseline movement of the vehicle; determining, during the baseline movement of the vehicle, steering angle input received at a steering system of the vehicle; determining, from the steering angle input received at the steering system of the vehicle, a steering angle offset; and causing the steering angle offset to be applied to the steering system of the vehicle.

    Abstract: A zero calibration method includes: adding, based on a first forward kinematics model of a robotic arm of a robot, zero deviations of each joint to form a second forward kinematics model, and simultaneously solving the second forward kinematics model and the first forward kinematics model to obtain an end deviation function; sending target end pose instructions to the robotic arm in a current zero point situation, and acquiring a spatial deviation of an actual position of an end; inputting position information of each joint angle and the spatial deviation, after each stop of motion of the end, into the end deviation function, and performing phase shifting to obtain an objective optimization function; and solving the objective optimization function to obtain a zero deviation value.

    Abstract: A vehicle data processing system receives a set of data logged, during operation of each of a fleet of vehicles, by a data logger communicatively coupled to a controller area network (CAN) bus in each of the vehicles. The set of logged data can include a plurality of measurements generated by a sensor configured to transmit the measurements across the CAN bus, and can be received from a storage device to which the set of logged data was uploaded after the vehicle completed one or more trips. The system processes the logged data using a set of alerting rules. When a criterion in the set of alerting rules is satisfied by the set of logged data, the system outputs an alert.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus and device for predicting wall temperature deviation of a high-temperature heating surface tube panel of a boiler. The method comprises: acquiring factor data that affects wall temperature deviation of a high-temperature heating surface tube panel of a boiler; according to the factor data and a boiler structure, establishing a three-dimensional boiler simulation model in CFD software, and in the boiler simulation model, calculating the swirl intensity of a boiler furnace outlet by using a swirl momentum moment formula, and calculating a wall temperature deviation coefficient of the high-temperature heating surface tube panel of the boiler by using a wall temperature deviation coefficient calculation formula; and performing quadratic fitting processing on the swirl intensity and the wall temperature deviation coefficient, so as to obtain a prediction model.
