  • Publication number: 20120320733
Abstract: During inter-radio access technology (IRAT) handover between LTE and eHRPD technologies, Internet protocol (IP) service continuity at a user equipment (UE) may be maintained. Thus, a method, an apparatus, and a computer program product are provided for maintaining the IP service continuity during IRAT handover from an SRAT to a TRAT within an evolved packet core (EPC)—capable region. The apparatus attempts to transfer an EPC context to a TRAT, determines that a failure occurs when attempting to transfer the EPC context to the TRAT, and attempts to maintain at least one IP service continuity within the EPC context according to the failure. The attempt to maintain may include an attempt to maintain an entire EPC context or a set of parameters including at least one of an IP address, a domain name system (DNS) address, a proxy call session control function (P-CSCF) address, or a quality of service (QoS).

  • Publication number: 20110162205
Abstract: The present invention provides a catalyst used in the production of PBS or its copolyesters and the preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding titanium alkoxide, silicon alkoxide, dihydric alcohol and metal co-catalyst into the solvent and conducting the reaction at a temperature of about 80° C. to 180° C., then removing the unreacted materials and small molecular products in the reaction system; (2) adding complexing agent into the reaction system, then collecting catalyst from the products obtained in this step. Moreover, the method may comprises steps of: (1) adding titanium alkoxide, dihydric alcohol and metal co-catalyst into the solvent and conducting the reaction at a temperature of about 80° C. to 180° C., then removing the unreacted materials and small molecular products in the reaction system; (2) adding silicon alkoxide and complexing agent into the reaction system, then collecting catalyst from the products obtained in this step.

  • Publication number: 20110059008
Abstract: A regenerating method for activated alumina used in regenerating working fluid of hydrogen peroxide comprises the following steps: adding deactivated alumina discharged from a regenerating bed for working fluid of hydrogen peroxide with fire resistant alumina into a reactor through the top of the reactor and settling by gravity, oxidizing atmosphere entering into the reactor from the bottom of the reactor and running upwardly, discharging regenerated alumina and fire resistant alumina through the discharging device on the bottom of the reactor, discharging exit gas through the discharge port on the top of the reactor, the reaction temperature ranging from 360-800° C., the residence time of solid feed in the reactor ranging from 3-15 h. The method is economic, environment-protective, safe, and low-costly. The regenerated alumina will not poison palladium catalyst.

  • Publication number: 20080026768
Abstract: Apparatus and methods of determining a connection quality between a communication device and a communications network comprise receiving from the communication device at least one of a communication device processor-generated event code and a corresponding communication device processor-generated event data based on execution of a predetermined connection quality configuration by the communication device. The processor-generated event code and the processor-generated event data correspond to connection quality aspects of a communication between the communication device and the communications network. Additionally, this aspect of the method further comprises generating a connection quality characteristic associated with the communication according to analysis of at least one of the processor-generated event code and the processor-generated event data by a connection quality state machine, and storing the generated connection quality characteristic corresponding to the communication.
