  • Publication number: 20250099494
Abstract: The present invention provides a phosphonic acid compound and a prodrug thereof, and preparation methods for and uses of the phosphonic acid compound and the prodrug thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound of formula (I) or formula (I-A), wherein the compound of formula (I-A) is a prodrug form of the compound of formula (I). Upon experimental verification, the phosphonic acid compound of the present invention has good ENPP1 kinase inhibition activity, and can be used as a therapeutic agent for ENPP1-related diseases, and the phosphonic acid compound has good metabolic stability in-vivo. In addition, the phosphonate or amide prodrug compound provided by the present invention has relatively high oral bioavailability, and can overcome the defect that a phosphonic acid original drug compound cannot be taken orally.

  • Publication number: 20250079601
Abstract: A battery pack assembly configured to be coupled to a battery housing for an electrified vehicle includes a battery case and an air column assembly. The battery case has a bottom surface, a forward wall, a rearward wall, a first sidewall and a second sidewall. The air column assembly is supported within the battery case and includes a first, second and third plurality of air columns. The first plurality of air columns are positioned along the bottom surface of the battery case. The second plurality of air columns are positioned outboard of the first plurality of air columns. The third plurality of air columns are positioned outboard of the second plurality of air columns and engage the forward wall, rearward wall, first sidewall and second sidewall of the battery case in an installed position. The battery case assembly mitigates impact damage to the battery housing in the installed position.

  • Publication number: 20250048903
Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, and a plurality of first pixel circuits, a plurality of first light-emitting devices and a plurality of first light-shielding portions that are located in a functional device setting region. The plurality of first light-emitting devices are disposed on a side of the plurality of first pixel circuits away from the substrate. A first light-emitting device includes a first electrode electrically connected to a first pixel circuit. The plurality of first light-shielding portions are arranged at intervals on a side of the plurality of first light-emitting devices away from the substrate. Each first light-shielding portion is provided with a first opening therein, and each first opening corresponds to a single first light-emitting device. An orthographic projection of a first portion of the first pixel circuit on the substrate is located within an orthographic projection of a first light-shielding portion on the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20240137523
Abstract: A low-complexity panoramic video coding method considering distortion temporal propagation is provided. By analyzing the inter-frame reference relationships under the random access coding structure and establishing the corresponding distortion propagation chain, the method utilizes distortion impact factors of coding units to adjust encoding parameters, thereby optimizing the encoding process. Furthermore, the method addresses the issue of oversampling arising from the varying geometric deformations in different latitude regions during the projection of spherical images in panoramic videos. This is achieved by adjusting coding parameters based on the ratio of area changes at different latitudes. The proposed approach significantly enhances coding performance.
