Abstract: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating myocardial ischemia, comprising Salvia Miltiorrhiza medicinal material 250-700 parts by weight, Radix Notoginseng medicinal material 50-150 parts by weight, Borneolum Syntheticum 3-9 parts by weight, and ranolazine 25-100 parts by weight. According to a further aspect of the present invention, there is provided a use of a pharmaceutical composition for preparation of a medicine for prevention and/or treatment of myocardial ischemia.

Abstract: A BLUETOOTH connection method includes an electronic device establishing basic rate (BR)/enhanced data rate (EDR) connection to an accessory device. The electronic device determines that the electronic device supports a dual-mode connection and that the accessory device also supports the dual-mode connection. The dual-mode connection includes the BR/EDR connection and a BLUETOOTH Low Energy (BLE) connection. The electronic device disconnects the BR/EDR connection to the accessory device, and establishes the BLE connection to the accessory device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of bone repair and provides a berberine/mineralized collagen-based composite membrane as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The composite membrane of the present disclosure includes a berberine nanofiber membrane and a mineralized collagen membrane disposed on a unilateral surface of the berberine nanofiber membrane. In the present disclosure, the mineralized collagen with biomimetic mineralization capacity is combined with a Chinese materia medica monomer, berberine, the resulting bilayer composite membrane has a better effect on promoting osteogenesis; in addition, a novel dosage form of berberine is constructed.

The present disclosure also discloses the use of the aforementioned Strepiomyces antioxidans strain Sa-21 in inhibition of Alternaria solani (A. solani). The Streptomyces antioxidans strain also has an inhibiting effect on both plant pathogenic fungi and plant pathogenic bacteria.

Abstract: Methods for purifying and isolating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from a biofluid using a sequential processing. Tangential flow filtration is applied to the biofluid to increase the concentration of EVs in the biofluid. After this is achieved, enrichment mode is halted and the biofluid is processed in diafiltration mode to remove contaminants (up to 99.9%). After performing the tangential flow filtration step, the concentration of EVs in the biofluid is further increased by ultracentrifugal filtration. After performing the ultracentrifugal filtration step, EVs of a particular target type are separated from other EVs by immunomagnetic affinity separation. In some implementations, the methods are used to isolate and quantify tumor EVs for cancer evaluation. Additionally, these methods can be used with a scaling factor to quantify EVs from a less concentrated biofluid such as, for example, urine.

Abstract: Control plane management based on physical topology of nodes in software-defined networks (SDNs) is provided. Nodes in an SDN are organized into a plurality of node clusters. A cluster of nodes in an SDN is formed and control plane management for the nodes within the cluster is provided. A topology-aware assignment of nodes to controllers in an SDN is provided. Related nodes such as root and corresponding child nodes are assigned to a single cluster in one embodiment to lessen the impacts of controller failure. The assignment of nodes to controllers is also provided based on minimizing traffic between node clusters and between nodes and external networks.
