    Abstract: A method, device, system, and storage medium for tracking a moving target are provided. The method uses three-dimensional radar observation data to construct a state vector and a motion model of the moving target, thereby to construct a state equation and an observation equation for achieving filtering and tracking within a linear Gaussian framework. The disclosure is also suitable for a moving target in a two-dimensional scene with a distance and an azimuth, and the disclosure use a two-dimensional observation vector to construct a dynamic system to achieving tracking of the moving target. The disclosure can be used in radar systems containing Doppler measurements, and tracking of moving targets can be implemented by performing dimension-expansion processing on observation equations.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a controlled-release dosage form with an absorption window in the upper gastrointestinal tract and a preparation method therefor, wherein the controlled-release dosage form comprises a controlled-release platform and a retention platform. The controlled-release platform is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a tablet core and a coating membrane; and the retention platform holds the controlled-release platform in the oral cavity. The operation steps of the controlled-release dosage form are as follows: placing the controlled-release platform in the retention platform, and fixing the retention platform on matching teeth in the oral cavity; taking out the controlled-release dosage form after 4-24 hours and replacing same with a new controlled-release platform; and re-fixing the retention platform on the matching teeth in the oral cavity to achieve the sustained and stable release of drugs.

    Abstract: The present application relates generally to emulsifiers and methods of production thereof, and specifically to emulsifiers prepared using renewable and/or agricultural products through a physical process. Flour of cereal grains, legumes, or other plant materials contains both protein and carbohydrate, in particular starch. The preparation procedure of flour emulsifier contains physical processing, including but not limited to specifically designed heating, milling, or the combinations of both. Emulsions of lipophilic materials are prepared using flour emulsifiers. The emulsions formed can be further dehydrated using spray drying, drum drying, freeze drying, vacuum drying, or other drying methods. The emulsions prepared using flour emulsifiers as well as their dehydrated products show enhanced stability against physical and chemical deteriorations as compared with those prepared using conventional emulsifiers, such as octenylsuccinate starch and gum arabic.
