Abstract: Disclosed are a clamping device of a stereoscopic wound iron core transformer and a transformer. The clamping device includes a lower frame, a plurality of upper platen assemblies and a plurality of screw assemblies. The lower frame is configured for being arranged at lower sides of a plurality of coil windings of the stereoscopic wound iron core transformer, the plurality of upper platen assemblies are configured for being distributed at upper sides of the plurality of coil windings, and the lower frame and the upper platen assemblies are connected through the screw assemblies, so as to clamp the coil windings together.
