    Abstract: The display panel includes: a display substrate, wherein the display substrate includes a color film substrate and an array substrate, a surface of the color film substrate away from the array substrate is provided with a color film polarizer, at least two preset points are provided on the display substrate, the at least two preset points are electrically connected to the color film polarizer, and the at least two preset points are electrically connected to the driving circuit, so as to form at least one first anti-static ring; and at least one grounding line, wherein the at least one grounding line is electrically connected to the array substrate, and electrically connected to the driving circuit, so as to form at least one second anti-static ring surrounding the display substrate. A display device is also provided.
