    Abstract: A reagent for detecting piR-hsa-120522 in plasma is used in the preparation of a non-small cell lung cancer screening or diagnosis kit. Compared with benign nodules and healthy people, piR-hsa-120522 has a significantly higher expression level in plasma of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and precancerous lesions (P<0.05), which indicates that the purpose of screening or diagnosing patients with non-small cell lung cancer can be achieved by means of detecting the expression level of piR-hsa-120522 in plasma.
