Abstract: An apparatus and method are provided for transmitting Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest ACKnowledgment (HARQ-ACK) feedback information by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, when Component Carriers (CCs) configured for the UE include a Frequency Division Duplexing (FDD) CC and a Time Division Duplexing (TDD) CC. The method includes determining a HARQ-ACK timing and a CC for transmitting the HARQ-ACK feedback information, based on a composition structure of the CCs configured for the UE, and transmitting the HARQ-ACK feedback information on a Physical Uplink Control CHannel (PUCCH) or a Physical Uplink Shared CHannel (PUSCH) of the determined CC, based on the determined HARQ-ACK timing.

Abstract: A Physical Downlink Shared CHannel (PDSCH) transmission data method is provided. A User Equipment (UE) receives cross-carrier scheduling information in a PDCCH of a cell for scheduling. The cross-carrier scheduling information carries scheduling information indicating at least one PDSCH in at least one sub-frame of a cell being scheduled in cross-carrier scheduling. The UE processes data of PDSCH corresponding to the instruction according to received cross-carrier scheduling information. The UE sends a HARQ-ACK message to a base station according to the processed result. The peak rate of the UE is increased, and the requirement for higher throughput of the UE is satisfied.

Abstract: A method for transmitting Acknowledgement/Non-Acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) signals by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system using Carrier Aggregation (CA) is provided. The method includes receiving, from a base station, information on a Primary Cell (Pcell) and a Secondary Cell (Scell), determining a timing position for transmitting the ACK/NACK signals based on the received information, and transmitting, to the base station, the ACK/NACK signals in the determined timing position.

Abstract: A method is provided for measuring CSI. A Macro UE determines a restricted measurement resource pattern for CSI measurement. The restricted measurement resource pattern is reported from the Macro UE to a Macro NodeB. The CSI of the restricted measurement resource pattern is measured. The CSI is reported from the Macro UE to the Macro NodeB for scheduling a data transmission resource of the Macro UE in the restricted measurement resource pattern according to the CSI.
