  • Publication number: 20200131513
Abstract: The present invention relates to RNAi agents, e.g., double stranded RNAi agents, targeting the Kallikrein B, Plasma (Fletcher Factor) 1 (KLKB1) gene, the Factor XII (Hageman Factor (F12) gene, or the Kininogen 1 (KNG1) gene, and methods of using such RNAi agents to inhibit expression of a KLKB1 gene, an F12 gene, and/or a KNG1 gene, and methods of treating subjects having an hereditary angioedema (HAE) and/or a contact activation pathway-associated disorder.

  • Publication number: 20200027355
Abstract: Systems and apparatuses include a controller including a circuit structured to communicate with a platoon of vehicles, determine a platoon rank order, determine final separation distances between vehicles, affect operation of each vehicle to achieve the platoon rank order and final separation distances, monitor the platoon of vehicles to determine if a deserter is leaving the platoon of vehicles or if a critical change has occurred, determine an updated platoon rank order, and determine an updated final separation distances between vehicles.

  • Publication number: 20070195728
Abstract: A method is provided for mobile wireless ad hoc network, where network nodes using the same routing protocol are uniformly sharing a single contention channel. Network nodes are able to dynamically and distributedly switch roles according to surrounding network environment so that routing functions can be either activated or de-activated in order to improve routing efficiency and increase network capacity by reducing unnecessary routing overhead (which is caused by excessive redundant routing nodes). In addition, the nodes are able to self organize themselves into hierarchies or different roles according to different routing strategies. The proposed role-switching method can be implemented on network nodes which support existing routing protocols or native routing protocol proposed herein to further exploit the proposed role-switching method.
