Abstract: A stylus provides input via a touchscreen comprising a touch sensor and a display. Latency between placement of a stylus tip and corresponding presentation of visual indicia on the display is reduced or eliminated by determining a predicted path of the stylus tip during a stroke. Visual indicia is presented on the display, based on the predicted path. Inputs from the touch sensor may include hover events associated with detection of the tip while not in contact with the touchscreen and touch events associated with presence of the tip on the touchscreen. A machine learning network may be trained to determine the predicted path. A portion of the network may be trained to accept dynamic-length sequences of events and generate fixed length sequences, reducing subsequent network complexity. A hand may be detected and used to determine the predicted path. The end of a stroke may be predicted, reducing overshoot.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for resource configuration. The method includes obtaining an indication for the number of nodes of a NUMA node of a processor socket; dividing acceleration resources of an accelerator into at least one acceleration resource queue based on the number of nodes; and by associating the at least one acceleration resource queue to a respective NUMA node included in the processor socket, causing a plurality of processor cores divided into the respective NUMA node to use the at least one acceleration resource queue based on the association. Thus, the availability of the accelerator may be improved.

The cantilever support assembly can be twisted spirally with the rotation of the first platform relative to the second platform.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to improved sketch-based image retrieval (SBIR) techniques. The SBIR techniques utilize a neural network architecture to train a domain migration function and a hashing function. The domain migration function is configured to transform sketches into synthetic images, and the hashing function is configured to generate hash codes from synthetic images and authentic images in a manner that preserves semantic consistency across the sketch and image domains. The hash codes generated from the synthetic images can be used for accurately identifying and retrieving authentic images corresponding to sketch queries, or vice versa.
