    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for automatically identifying south troughs by improved Laplace and relates to the technical field of meteorology. The method includes the following steps: acquiring grid data of a geopotential height field; calculating a gradient field of the geopotential height field in an x direction; searching for a turning point where a gradient value turned from being negative to being positive, and cleaning the gradient field; calculating a divergence of the x direction to obtain an improved Laplacian numerical value L?; performing 0,1 binarization processing on the L? to obtain a black-and-white image and a plurality of targets of potential troughs, merging the black-and-white image and the plurality of targets of the potential troughs by expansion, recovering original scale through erosion, and selecting an effective target through an angle of direction of a contour and an axial ratio.

    Abstract: An image rendering system comprising a preprocessing unit coupled to a feature extract unit and a color rendering unit over a data bus. The preprocessing unit generates vector representations of spatial coordinates of sample points along camera rays corresponding to pixels of an image to be rendered. The feature extract unit generates a feature map of the image based on the vector representations, color and intensity values of the sample point through a first machine learning model. The color rendering unit renders the image based on the feature map through a second machine learning model. The first machine learning model is different from the second machine learning model.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to application of gossypol and its optical isomers to preparation of an anti-Coronavirus drug. Specifically disclosed is application of pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, isotopes, stereoisomers, stereoisomer mixtures, and tautomers of the gossypol and its optical isomers to preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating a disease caused by a Coronavirus. The Coronavirus is MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, or SARS-CoV-2. It is found in the present invention for the first time that the gossypol and its optical isomers can inhibit the activity of Coronavirus 3CL proteases to achieve an anti-Coronavirus effect. The half maximal inhibitory concentrations of gossypol and (?)-gossypol to SARS-CoV proteases and SARS-CoV-2 3CL proteases are all lower than 10 ?M. The anti-Coronavirus 3CL protease effect is good. Therefore, the gossypol and its optical isomers have the potential for use in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating novel Coronavirus infections.
