    Abstract: An ultrasonic probe holder includes a probe holder frame, an arc plate, a follower plate, and a plurality of contacts. The frame can have at least one aperture extending therethrough, open in the downward direction, and defining an open lower end of the frame. The arc plate can be positioned within the aperture, extend between opposed, curved lateral edges, and couple to the frame. The follower plate can be mounted to a lower end of the arc plate and include arms extending laterally outward from a vertical axis in the plane of the arc plate. The contacts can be slidably mounted to the arms of the follower plate and extend in the vertical direction. The arc plate can be constrained in the plane of the frame and to pivot with respect to the frame in response to vertical movement of one or more of the plurality of contacts.

    Abstract: The embodiment of the present disclosure discloses a method, an electronic device, and a storage medium for a ship route optimization. The method for the ship route optimization considers a dynamic feature of a multi-functional emergency rescue ship and an interference effect caused by an airflow, uses a movement model with kinematics non-holonomic constraints, such as a ship total cost assessment function to simulate the movement of the ship, and based on a sparrow search algorithm, learns how to apply the algorithm to a route plan of the emergency rescue ship. The method can improve the ship route optimization algorithm, improve an accuracy and practical applicability of a calculated plan. The method can effectively and accurately locate obstacles and hidden reefs, and consider effects of an airflow and a non-holonomic constraint effect, so as to make the route planning of the ship more efficient and intelligent.

In addition, through the evaluation and analysis of the takeover capability, the method can solve the problem that the existing technology cannot objectively evaluate the driver's takeover capability level.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a novel method for determining a long-chain non-coding ribonucleic acid interaction protein. The present invention provides a fusion protein formed by BASU and dCasRx, a mammalian expression vector for expressing said fusion protein. The method for determining the lncRNA interaction protein according to the present invention comprises: co-transfecting a mammalian expression vector that expresses the fusion protein and a gRNA that specifically targets the target lncRNA into target cells, thereby BASU specifically biotin-labeling effector proteins nearby; isolating the biotinylated proteins by using a streptavidin affinity coupled magnetic bead and then eluting, and digesting by trypsin and quantitatively analyzing by a label-free mass spectrometry. The present invention can highly credibly determine the proteins that interact with lncRNA.

    Abstract: A JYB-based barter transaction platform where trades between sellers and buyers are denominated in JYB is used to settle all objects and services purchased or sold on the platform. The JYB is a trade measuring currency instead of a circulation currency, and cannot be directly exchanged with a circulation currency. Only when the amount of JYB is insufficient during a trade, can the JYB difference be supplemented by a circulation currency at the conversion rate; in the case of regular settlement of circulation currency, the barter transaction platform collects the amount of circulation currency that has been received and refunded to users by the conversion rate. JYB can replace any circulation currency to achieve real-time barter trade.
