  • Patent number: 11709071
Abstract: Various embodiments provide for annotating a geographic map. Display of a geographic map on a client device can be adjusted (e.g., pan over geographic map or adjust zoom level), and a first set of map annotations for the adjusted map is determined, where the first set of map annotations comprises at least one map annotation associated with a transport service opportunity. From the first set of map annotations, a second set of map annotations can be determined based on a map annotation visual hierarchy. For instance, at least a portion of the second set of map annotations can be determined by filtering the first set of map annotations based on a type of transport service opportunity. Subsequently, the second set of map annotations can be presented on the adjusted map on the display.

  • Publication number: 20130116580
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system for physiological signal quality assessment, the system includes: a first filter module for implementing a filter process on an inputted first physiological signal; a first periodicity detection module for detecting periodicity of the filtered first physiological signal, and determining periodic segmentation point of the first physiological signal; a feature extracting module for extracting corresponding signal features of the first physiological signal in each heart period; and a fuzzy logic module for building up a fuzzy logic model according to the extracted signal features, and calculating a signal quality index for the first physiological signal in the relative period based on the built fuzzy logic model, and determining a signal attribute according to the signal quality index. A method for physiological signal quality assessment is provided as well.

  • Patent number: 8265425
Abstract: Objects having a flat surface such as a table are detected by processing a depth image and a color image. A mask indicating an area likely to include an object having the flat surface is generated by processing a depth image including the depth information. A color image corresponding to the depth image is then cropped using the mask to detect a portion of the color image that likely include the object having the flat surface. Geometric features of the cropped color image such as lines are then detected to determine the location and orientation of the object having the flat surface. A subset of the detected geometric features is selected as outlines of the flat surface.
