The nickel-cobalt-manganese material is externally coated with the first carbon coating layer, the lithium manganese iron phosphate coating layer, and the second carbon coating layer in turn. The lithium manganese iron phosphate coating layer includes a lithium manganese iron phosphate material, and a chemical formula of the lithium manganese iron phosphate material is LiMn(1-a)FeaPO4; 0.3?a?0.7. A chemical formula of the nickel-cobalt-manganese material is LiNixCoyMn(1-x-y); 0.5?x?0.8 and 0<x+y<1.
