Abstract: Embodiments described include apparatuses, computer program products, and methods for automatic proof of delivery, for example by capturing and decoding a visual indicia. Some embodiments minimize possibilities of errors, false proof, and/or the like in item delivery. At least one embodiment enables automatic proof of delivery in a multi-sensor environment. Example embodiments are configured for capturing an image data object set utilizing at least one of an image sensor set, where the image data object set includes a captured-indicia image data object including a visual indicia; decoding the visual indicia to identify delivery information; identifying a delivery proof image data object from the image data object set; and processing the delivery proof image data object for use as a proof of delivery. Some embodiments include a near-field image sensor for capturing the delivery proof image data object and a far-field sensor for capturing the captured-indicia image data object.

Abstract: This disclosure provides an emergency handling method, comprising: receiving, by an emergency support function (ESF) entity, an emergency indicator indicating an emergency event from a network application server; handling the emergency indictor to derive related parameters including impacted network elements in a network; and triggering the impacted network elements to switch into a network emergency mode by sending an emergency command based on the related parameters. An emergency handling apparatus in a network is also provided. This improves efficiency of emergency handling in a network.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a first network node and a method in the first network node and a charging node and a method in the charging node for handling dropped data packets in a communications network, comprising: obtaining information indicating dropped data packets for a wireless device served by the first network node; detecting based on the obtained information that an amount associated with the dropped data packets reaches a first threshold or that a timer associated with the dropped data packets reaches a second threshold; and transmitting a message to a policy node, which message comprises at least one of information indicating the amount associated with the dropped data packets or information indicating that the amount has reached the first threshold or indicating that the timer has reached the second threshold.
