Therefore, the network device can know which SR configuration that the terminal device would like to reconfigure upon reception of the RACH message; and only one or more resources corresponding to the SR configuration may be released, such that service interruption for other LCGs/LCHs may not happen.

PAG-containing monomers are copolymerized with monomers to allow the polymer to bind to a surface, and optionally copolymerized with monomers to enhance solubility to generate PAG-containing polymers. The PAG-containing monomers can be coated onto a surface, where the immobilized PAGs can then be used to pattern materials coated on top of the immobilized PAGs, allowing direct patterning without the use of a photoresist, thereby reducing process steps and cost. The disclosed materials and processes can be used to produce conformal coatings of controlled thicknesses.

    Abstract: A sensor device can be used to detect the presence of a cement composition in a reverse cementing operation. The sensor device can include a resistivity sensor, an acquisition and measurement apparatus, and an actuator. The actual resistivity of the drilling mud, spacer fluid, and cement composition to be used can be pre-determined. The acquisition and measurement apparatus can be pre-programmed with a resistivity profile for the fluids. The resistivity sensor can measure the resistivity of the fluids as they flow past the resistivity sensor in the wellbore. When the acquisition and measurement apparatus receives a desired reading within the resistivity profile, instructions can be sent to the actuator to close a valve and block fluid flow through the casing or tubing string.
