Abstract: This disclosure discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for selecting a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) entity. The method comprises: when an IP Connectivity Access Network (IP-CAN) session is established for a User Equipment (UE), the Diameter Routing Agent (DRA) receives a message from a gateway, and selects the PCRF entity for the IP-CAN session according to the main identifier in the message, wherein the UEs sharing the subscription information have the same main identifier. This disclosure can solves the problem that a conflict is caused in PCC since different PCRF entities are used for the PCC when multiple users share the subscription information.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for implementing usage monitoring control, a total allowanced usage is prestored in a Subscription Profile Repository (SPR), the SPR sets an allowanced usage threshold according to a request from a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) and distributes the set allowanced usage threshold to the PCRF; the PCRF makes a usage monitoring policy according to the obtained allowanced usage threshold; after receiving a usage report of the PCRF, the SPR deducts a consumed usage from the total allowanced usage shared by multiple users. The present disclosure also provides a system for implementing usage monitoring control. Through the solution of the present disclosure, when multiple users share a total allowanced usage, PCRF simultaneously monitors the usage on the multiple users according to the total allowanced usage, thereby avoiding conflicts in policy and charging controls.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for Policy and Charging Control (PCC) based on a time period, which comprises: when a Policy and Charging Rule Function (PCRF) entity provides Quality of Service (QoS) rules to a Bearer Binding and Event Reporting Function (BBERF) entity, a time indication of activation and/or deactivation of the QoS rules is provided at the same time. The disclosure also discloses a system for PCC based on a time period, which comprises: a providing unit located in the PCRF entity and configured to provide QoS rules and a time indication of activation and/or deactivation of the QoS rules to the BBERF entity at the same time. The disclosure ensures the consistency between the time of activating the QoS rules by the BBERF entity and the time of activating the PCC rules by the Policy and Control Enforcement Function (PCEF) entity, and the technical scheme is simple and practical.

Abstract: A quick-clamping mechanism for an electric hammer for clamping fasteners such as nails includes a biasing assembly for making the clamping assembly movable between a closed position and an opened position. The clamping assembly includes at least two clamping claws, and each of the clamping claws is pivotally connected to a pivot shaft and the two clamping claws can be pivotally closed and opened, and the closure of the two clamping claws is realized by any one of or the combination of a torsion spring and a magnet. The two clamping claws are pivotally connected to the pivot shaft and fasteners, such as nails and the like, can be clamped or released by the two clamping claws rotating relative to the pivot shaft, so that the quick-clamping mechanism has a simple structure and is easily implemented.
