The method includes: in accordance with displaying of a first control at a first target position of a live stream interface, obtaining a first duration during which a user watches the live stream interface; in accordance with a determination that the first duration is greater than or equal to a first predetermined duration threshold, switching the first control to a second control, and displaying the second control at a second target position of the live stream interface; and in response to a first operation command performed by the user on the second control, allocating a virtual resource to the user. In this way, interaction modes of a live stream room are enriched, and an activity level of the live stream room can be improved.

The clock oscillator includes a resonator, a shock-absorbing material layer, and a base, and at least a part of the shock-absorbing material layer is located between the resonator and the base. In the clock oscillator, the shock-absorbing material layer is added between the resonator and the base, and the shock-absorbing material layer can effectively prevent a mechanical wave from being conducted between the base and the resonator, so that the resonator is protected from external vibration. This can ensure, when there is external vibration, that an output frequency of the resonator is not deteriorated and improve shock absorption performance of the clock oscillator.

A read operation at the virtual file system of the encrypted file is intercepted and the encrypted file is sent to a client at a user system external to the secure environment over a secure connection for decryption by a remote cryptography device of the user system using the user's private key. By editing the recombinase RecA gene, the expressed RecA protein has better solubility and recombinase activity. The RecA protein is used to prepare recombinase dry powder, further the formula of the recombinase dry powder and the ratio are optimized; and specific primers for the ASFV p72 gene are designed for the rapid nucleic acid detection of ASFV, significantly improving the detection sensitivity. In addition, the detection time is short, which effectively avoids missed detection and false detection, and helps prevention of epidemic.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for promoting the growth of parietal decidual basalis-mesenchymal stem cells (PDB-MSCs), which comprises promoting the growth of parietal decidual basalis-mesenchymal stem cells (PDB-MSCs) via a human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC)-derived exosome. In the present disclosure, after the PDB-MSCs are co-cultivated with the human UC-MSC-derived exosome, the PDB-MSCs show strong cell proliferation ability, prominent cell shape, and desirable cell viability. That is, the human UC-MSC-derived exosome of the present disclosure can improve a quality of PDB-MSCs and effectively improve the ability of PDB-MSCs to secrete vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and stem cell factor (SCF), so as to solve the problem that PDB-MSCs show decreased proliferation ability and poor cell viability after multiple passages, which effectively facilitates the large-scale cultivation and clinical practice of PDB-MSCs.
