  • Publication number: 20260238052
Abstract: A stator core, a motor, and a powertrain are disclosed. The stator core includes a plurality of stator laminations, and the plurality of stator laminations is sequentially and adjacently arranged along an axial direction of the stator core to form at least a part of the stator core. Each stator lamination includes a central hole and a plurality of cooling holes, and all the cooling holes are spaced apart between the central hole and an outer circumferential surface of the stator lamination. The plurality of stator laminations includes one first lamination and one second lamination that are adjacently arranged, and each cooling hole of the one first lamination is configured to communicate with one cooling hole of the one second lamination and is configured to cool an end portion of a stator winding, to form a channel for flowing of a cooling working medium.

  • Patent number: 12494686
Abstract: An axial flux motor includes a motor shaft, a double-row angular contact ball bearing, and a stator. The double-row angular contact ball bearing is sleeved on the motor shaft and is fixedly connected to the motor shaft through a bearing inner ring of the double-row angular contact ball bearing. The stator is sleeved on the motor shaft through the double-row angular contact ball bearing, and the stator is fixedly connected to a bearing outer ring, so that the motor shaft can rotate relative to the stator. In this application, the double-row angular contact ball bearing is used in the axial motor, the double-row angular contact ball bearing can bear axial force generated through interaction between the stator and a rotor.

  • Publication number: 20250233469
Abstract: This application provides an oil-cooled motor rotor in a groove, a motor, a powertrain, and an electric vehicle. The motor rotor includes a motor shaft, at least one end plate, at least one rotor iron core, and a plurality of magnetic steels. The one rotor iron core includes a plurality of magnetic steel grooves. Each magnetic steel groove is configured to fasten at least one magnetic steel. At least one magnetic steel groove includes a plurality of bumps. The bump enables the magnetic steel groove to form a gap with the magnetic steel. The gap is configured to form an internal flow channel of the one rotor iron core and is configured to communicate with an oil groove of the one end plate. Cooling oil is in direct contact with the magnetic steel to cool the magnetic steel, thereby improving cooling efficiency of the rotor iron core.

  • Publication number: 20240128814
Abstract: This application describes examples of a rotor disk and a manufacturing method thereof, a rotor structure, a disk motor, and an electric vehicle. In one example, the rotor disk includes a rotor iron core. The rotor iron core is provided with a plurality of groups of accommodating cavities at intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotor iron core. Each group of accommodating cavities includes a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity. The first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are provided in a radial direction of the rotor iron core and are in communication with each other. The first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are configured to respectively accommodate a first unit portion and a second unit portion of a first magnet.
