Abstract: Provided is a display substrate. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a wiring, and a first insulation layer. The first insulation layer covers the wiring. The wiring includes a first sub-layer and a second sub-layer. The first sub-layer is disposed on the base substrate, wherein a side wall of the first sub-layer is a first inclined surface. The second sub-layer is disposed on the base substrate and covers the first sub-layer, and the second sub-layer includes a first portion stacked on the first inclined surface, wherein a side wall of the first portion is a second inclined surface. An included angle between the second inclined surface and a bearing surface of the base substrate is less than an included angle between the first inclined surface and the bearing surface of the base substrate.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for real-time data monitoring based on machine learning, the method including: training a multi-layer predictor on actual values of historical indicator data, each layer of the multi-layer predictor including a plurality of predictors of different types; outputting predicted values of future indicator data by inputting a future time period for prediction into the trained multi-layer predictor; calculating alarm thresholds from the predicted values of the future indicator data and historical prediction errors; and triggering an alarm when an actual value of the future indicator data exceeds the corresponding alarm threshold. The accuracy of the alarm thresholds can be improved, and the alarm thresholds can be well adapted to the constantly changing indicator data. There is no need to manually configure a fixed alarm threshold, the accuracy of the alarm can be ensured, and the number of missed and false alarms can be reduced.

The method for manufacturing the display substrate includes: subjecting the photoresist layer to a first exposing operation using a mask; moving the mask a first number of the first distances in the row direction and a second number of the second distances in the column direction, and subjecting the photoresist layer to a second exposing operation using the moved mask; and developing the photoresist layer to form a pattern having a plurality of opening structures.
