    Abstract: An image processing method includes segmenting, by a cloud server and based on a zoom ratio of a high-definition image in a high-definition image library, a low-definition image of a small zoom ratio from a terminal to obtain a plurality of image blocks. For each image block, performing, by the cloud server, retrieval and matching in the high-definition image library to obtain one or more high-definition reference images, and then performing, by the cloud server, image quality improvement using an image enhancement network that is based on the high-definition reference images to obtain a plurality of high-definition image blocks. Finally, stitching, by the cloud server, the high-definition image blocks into a super-definition image with higher resolution and higher definition, and returning, by the cloud server, the super-definition image to the terminal.

In this application, after capturing a RAW image corresponding to a current photographing scene in response to a photographing operation of a user, a terminal device may encode the RAW image corresponding to the current photographing scene to obtain an encoded bitstream of the RAW image corresponding to the current photographing scene, and send the encoded bitstream of the RAW image corresponding to the current photographing scene to a cloud. The cloud process the reconstructed RAW image corresponding to the current photographing scene to generate an image in a first format corresponding to the current photographing scene. In this application, big data resources and computing resources of the cloud can be fully utilized to perform image processing, to achieve better image processing effects.

    Abstract: This application provides an image processing method, including: performing stabilization on two adjacent image frames of a video stream acquired by a camera to obtain cropped areas, and performing perspective distortion correction on the cropped areas obtained through stabilization. Because the cropped areas output after stabilization is performed on the two adjacent frames include same or basically same content, it can be ensured that a subsequently generated video is smooth and stable. In this application, position relationships, for perspective distortion correction, between the cropped areas obtained through stabilization are further mapped, so that degrees or effects of perspective distortion correction of the adjacent frames of the subsequently generated video are the same, in other words, degrees of transformation of a same object in the images are the same.
