    Abstract: An emulsion gel embedding a fat-soluble vitamin and a pulsed electric field based production method therefor. The production method comprises: dissolving octenyl succinate starch ester in water, heating in a water bath, stirring to complete gelatinization and dissolution, and cooling to room temperature; adding edible oil dissolved with a fat-soluble vitamin to obtain a mixed liquid; shearing and homogenizing the obtained mixed liquid by using a high-speed shearing machine and a high-pressure homogenizer to obtain an emulsion; and adding the emulsion and natural starch to a methyl cellulose solution, performing pulsed electric field treatment after well mixing, heating in a water bath, performing degasification and cooling to obtain an emulsion gel. The pulsed electric field promotes interaction between methyl cellulose and starch molecules, has a higher elastic modulus, and is easier to form a network structure that is more conducive to embedding the fat-soluble vitamin.

The method comprises: acquiring, in real time, a current state timestamp, an accelerometer numerical value and an angular velocity numerical value of a gyroscope in a portable terminal; performing estimation using extended Kalman filtering combined with the accelerometer numerical value and the angular velocity numerical value to obtain an amount of rotation of the portable terminal to a world coordinate system; synchronizing the timestamp of the gyroscope with a timestamp of a panoramic video frame; performing quaternion interpolation on the state of the gyroscope to acquire a rotation matrix corresponding to the panoramic video frame; and rotating a panoramic image according to the current rotation matrix to generate a stable video frame.

The system traverses an image, calculates a hue of a pixel, counts a ratio of purple hue to adjacent purple hue pixels in the image, and calculates a dynamic purple fringe detection threshold; creates a mask with the same size as the image acquired by an image acquisition module, and detects the pixels that fall into a purple fringe area; corrects the detected pixel falling into the purple fringe area, correcting both a red channel intensity value and a blue channel intensity value of the pixels within the purple fringe region using a green channel intensity value. The invention can automatically correct the purple fringe of the image, improve the image shooting quality and the user experience.
