Abstract: A preparation method of a Decoy nucleic acid cationic liposome carrier including: (1) mixing dioleoyl phosphoethanolamine and (2,3-dioleoyl-propyl)-trimethylamine in a mass ratio of 4:1 to 1:4, and adding an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution through dissolution; (2) completely evaporating the organic solvent in the mixed solution obtained in step (1), dissolving the remaining solid fraction by using an HEPES buffer solution, firstly hydrating the solution for 30 to 60 min, and then ultrasonically processing the solution for 30 to 60 min; (3) filtering the mixed system obtained after processing in the step (2) by a membrane of 0.4 to 0.8 ?m, then filtering the mixed system by a membrane of 0.03 to 0.2 ?m, and preparing uniformly to distributed blank liposome with small grain size; and (4) mixing the blank liposome with protamine and Decoy nucleic acid according to a mass ratio of (50 to 120):(10 to 20):1, and incubating for 12 to 24 h at the temperature of 2° C. to 8° C.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for message retransmission. The method comprises: constructing a first status report by a receiving terminal according to a message to be retransmitted, reading a message serial number of a truncated NACK which is truncated by an available bandwidth from the first status report, calculating a difference value between a front edge serial number of a receiving window of the receiving terminal and the message serial number of the truncated NACK, comparing the difference value with a given threshold, and taking a part before a truncation site as a second status report; constructing a third status report according to a comparison result and the second status report; sending the third status report by the receiving terminal; and retransmitting the message by a sending terminal according to the received third status report.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for triggering a status report in a RLC acknowledged mode protocol. The technical scheme includes: A, constructing and transmitting a status report at a data receiving end of a RLC layer when a reordering timer is timeout or a packet for setting a polling bit is received from a transmitting end; B, determining whether the data receiving window is in smoothly moving status, and if in the smoothly moving status, enabling a status prohibit timer immediately after the status report has been transmitted, and considering the retransmission triggered by the status report at this time to be successful; and if the data receiving window is not in the smoothly moving status, performing step C; C, detecting whether the retransmission triggered by the status report at this time is successful, and if successful, enabling the status prohibit timer.
