    Abstract: Disclosed is device and method for controlling pressure of high-temperature and high-pressure reactor. The device includes an automatic pressurizing unit, a manual pressurizing unit, a temperature boosting and pressure boosting control unit, and a temperature and pressure control panel. A first valve, a first pressure gauge, a second valve, and a second pressure gauge are successively provided between the automatic pressurizing unit and the manual pressurizing unit. A pipeline where the temperature boosting and pressure boosting control unit is located is connected between the first pressure gauge and the second valve by a tee. The temperature and pressure control panel is connected to the automatic pressurizing unit, the manual pressurizing unit, and the temperature boosting and pressure boosting control unit by a wire.

    Abstract: Method for separating ethylene glycol (EG) and ethylene glycol diacetate (EGDA) with sulfolane entrainer, including: obtaining EG and a mixture of EGDA and sulfolane through separating a mixture of EG and EGDA under an action of sulfolane by an extractive distillation tower; obtaining EGDA and sulfolane through separating the mixture of the EGDA and the sulfolane by an entrainer recovery tower; and obtaining recycled sulfolane through cooling the sulfolane by a heat exchanger, and mixing the recycled sulfolane with fresh sulfolane and circulating into the extractive distillation tower for recycling. Through the method, a yield of the EG is greater than or equal to 99.50% and a mass purity of the EG is greater than or equal to 99.50%, and a yield of the EGDA is greater than or equal to 99.80% and a mass purity of the EGDA is greater than or equal to 99.90%.

The target subject is injected with tracer and including a target body portion. For each of the plurality of images, the systems generate a sub-image of the target body portion by segmenting the image and transform the sub-image to generate a transformed sub-image in a standard space based on a template image of the target body portion. The standard space includes a plurality of template images of a plurality of body portions. The systems further determine an uptake variation curve indicating a change of tracer uptake in the target body portion over the time based on the transformed sub-images corresponding to the plurality of images.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a testis-targeted lycopene (LYC)/ZIF-90 nanocomposite and a preparation method and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of targeted drugs. In the present disclosure, a ZIF-90 metal-organic framework (MOF) material is combined with LYC through aldol condensation; when entering areas of inflammatory response and oxidative stress response, ZIF-90 may disintegrate and collapse in a slightly-acidic environment, releasing the LYC, thereby avoiding easy oxidation of the LYC and improving a bioavailability of the LYC; in addition, the disintegrated and collapsed ZIF-90 may also be utilized by organisms, thus greatly reducing a damage to the organisms. Moreover, the LYC/ZIF-90 nanocomposite is further loaded with follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
