  • Publication number: 20210091584
Abstract: A battery charging method includes: determining whether a current charging cycle satisfies a floating charging condition when a first condition is satisfied, the first condition being that in a case where battery capacity is greater than a set capacity, a duration of continuous charging is greater than a set threshold; and charging using a set floating charging mode after determining that the current charging cycle satisfies the floating charging condition. As such, the battery capacity during the charging process is detected in real time. In a case where the battery capacity is greater than the set capacity, the duration of continuous charging is greater than the set threshold and the current charging cycle satisfies the floating charging condition, the floating charging mode is used in time, such that batteries are prevented from dangerous situations such as bulging, expansion and explosion, and the safety of battery charging is improved.

  • Publication number: 20200392188
Abstract: The present invention relates to a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 for encoding a Marburg virus envelope glycoprotein, and to a human replication-deficient recombinant adenovirus capable of expressing the nucleotide sequence and a preparation method therefor, as well as an application thereof in the preparation of a vaccine against Marburg virus disease. The vaccine uses an E1 and E3 deleted replication-deficient human type-5 adenovirus as a vector, and HEK293 cells integrating an adenovirus E1 gene as a packaging cell line, and a protective antigen gene carried is a codon-optimized Marburg virus Angola strain envelope glycoprotein gene. After codon optimization of the envelope glycoprotein gene, significant expression of envelope glycoprotein can be detected in transfected cells.
