    Abstract: A friction-reducing and wear-resistant polyamide-imide composite material, a preparation method thereof and an application method therefor are provided, which relate to the technical field of polymer materials. The composite material includes the following raw materials in part by weight: 100 parts of basic slurry, 0.1-20 parts of functional filler, 0-50 parts of diluent, 0.1-1 part of defoamer, and 0.1-1 part of dispersant. The basic slurry is aqueous polyamide-imide emulsion. The functional filler is a biomass carbon composite molybdenum disulfide material treated with a siloxane coupling agent, and a source of biomass carbon is cattail-derived carbon fibers. The composite material has advantages of low friction coefficient and wear rate, wide raw material sources, environmental friendliness, and high dispersion stability. The preparation method has a simple and convenient process and can meet demands for planned production.

The molybdenum disulfide nanotube-carbon nanotube-polyether ether ketone composite material is made from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 97-99 parts of polyether ether ketone and 1-3 parts of molybdenum disulfide nanotube-carbon nanotube hybrid material. By adding the molybdenum disulfide nanotube-carbon nanotube hybrid material into the polyether ether ketone, compressive properties and hardness of the molybdenum disulfide nanotube-carbon nanotube-polyether ether ketone composite material are improved, and friction reduction and wear resistance effects are also improved.

    Abstract: A preparation method of an epoxy rust-tolerant coating modified by nanosheets loaded with rust-converting and rust-inhibiting active units is provided. Strontium chloride, phytic acid and boron nitride are mixed in aqueous solution, transferred to a hydrothermal reactor to prepare strontium phytate-modified boron nitride nanosheets. A defoamer, a dispersant, a leveling agent and an anti-rust filler are added to epoxy resin. Then composite nanosheets are added, supplemented by a diluent, filtered and encapsulated to obtain a component A. A composite amine epoxy curing agent and a flash rust inhibitor are mixed and stirred to obtain a component B. The coating is obtained by mixing the stirred component A and the component B.

    Abstract: A superamphiphobic coating with durable wear resistance and corrosion resistance for an aluminum alloy surface and a preparation method therefor are provided. A superamphiphobic paint includes, in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of modified SiO2 particles, 10-15 parts of modified TiO2 particles, 5-10 parts of PTFE, and epoxy resin matrix. The preparation method for the superamphiphobic coating includes: pre-mixing raw materials, uniformly depositing components in a pre-mixed solution on the aluminum alloy surface by electrophoresis, followed by baking to obtain the superamphiphobic coating. A superamphiphobic paint is pollution-free during production and use, and the superamphiphobic coating has high cross-linking density, low curing shrinkage rate, high wear resistance, high hardness, superhydrophobicity, and oleophobiccity.
