  • Publication number: 20230354784
Abstract: A method for reducing the negative effect of heat acclimatization for the hatching of a poultry hatching egg is provided. A special light source is used as an ambient light to hatch the poultry hatching egg. The special light source is light-emitting diode (LED) monochromatic blue light with a light intensity of 20 lux to 50 lux and a wavelength of about 450 nm, such that the light can reduce the negative effect of heat acclimatization at a hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg. The method can reduce the levels of oxidation products such as malondialdehyde (MDA) and corticosterone in a chicken embryo during heat acclimatization at the hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg and increase the expression levels of antioxidase and heat shock protein (HSP) genes, and the special light source reduces the metabolic heat production of the chicken embryo.

  • Patent number: 11523590
Abstract: A method and system for monitoring the egg-laying performance of caged laying-hens at laying-hen positions are provided. A plurality of coops are disposed side by side, a conveyor belt is disposed below the plurality of coops, and a machine-vision inspection device having a CCD camera and a lighting device is provided on an output end of the conveyor belt. Eggs laid by the hens fall onto the conveyor belt from the bottom of the coops. After all eggs are laid, the conveyor belt is activated to convey the eggs to the machine-vision inspection device, and the CCD camera is triggered to capture an image of a surface of the conveyor belt carrying the eggs.

  • Patent number: 10772303
Abstract: The invention relates to eye-friendly green-blue mixed LED lighting methods and systems for chicken houses. In a chicken house, an evenly-distributed cyan light environment may be created for rearing broiler chickens. The chicken house may include mixed LED lamps associated with the cyan light environment, and the mixed LED lamp may be formed by combining green LED beads and blue LED beads on a lighting fixture with a mixing proportion of from about 0.2 to about 5. The mixed LED lamps may be used for about 24-hour lighting in the first three days of the breeding period. From the fourth day of the breeding period, the daily lighting duration may be progressively decreased by about one hour every day. The mixed LED lamps may be evenly arranged in the chicken house to form a square array.

  • Patent number: 10005298
Abstract: A double-paper-roll printing device includes an installation frame for installing the following components and paper rolls. A first paper roll and a second paper roll are installed on the installation frame through a paper roll supporting shaft. Paper tapes of the first paper roll and the second paper roll are selectively fed to a printing component through paper passages. The first paper roll and the second paper roll are selectively fed to the printing component through a first paper passage and a second paper passage that are mutually independent. The first paper passage and the second paper passage are mutually superposed. The tail end of the first paper passage and the tail end of the second paper passage form an intersecting end, and paper tape heads of the paper rolls enter the printing component through the intersecting end.

  • Patent number: 9578858
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a hybrid LED lighting method and system for chicken coops. For example, a closed or semi-open chicken coop is provided with the hybrid LED lightings including white LED beads and yellow LED beads in a mixing ratio of about 1:5 to about 5:1 in a regularly alternating manner. The average light intensity on the chicken cages' underside exposed to the light of the hybrid LED lighting is about 5 to about 30 Lux. The closed chicken coop is lit by a hybrid LED lighting every day during fattening period; the semi-open chicken coop is exposed to natural light in the daytime and lit by the hybrid LED lighting at night during fattening period. Implementation of the present disclosure improves growth of chickens, increases uniformity of chickens, and improves health and resistance to epidemic diseases.
