  • Publication number: 20200068369
Abstract: The disclosure is related to an IoT service system with a Bluetooth Low Energy mesh network, and a communication method thereof. The IoT service system includes multiple intelligent service calling devices, multiple service communication devices and an agent node forming a BLE mesh network. One service calling device generates a service request signal that is broadcasted over a BLE mesh network. When a server receives the service request signal through the agent node, a service personnel and his portable service communication device are obtained by querying a database according to identification information relating to the service calling device that generates the service request signal. A service calling signal is therefore formed and broadcasted over the BLE mesh network. If a distance between the service communication device and the service calling device reaches a threshold while the service personnel is in service, a service dismissing signal is generated.

  • Publication number: 20170003311
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for detecting bicycle pedaling frequencies, in which an accelerometer of the body is used to detect the acceleration value of the pedal during pedaling, and the processing unit determines the periodical variations on acceleration increases and decreases, records the acceleration waveform, calculates the number of cycling in the pedal per minute based on the times that the sampled values within a unit time cross over the central line of the acceleration value, and also transfers tempo data to an electronic device by way of a wireless communication circuit and displays the pedaling frequency of the pedal via a screen so as to allow a user to promptly appreciate relevant information during riding and facilitate appropriate adjustments and controls on pedaling tempo and force.

  • Publication number: 20160202997
Abstract: A portable device booting system consists of a booting firmware and a circuit system which includes a microprocessor, a sensor and a power control circuit. The booting is performed by a booting gesture. When the booting gesture is applied, the position of the portable device is changed accordingly that causes sensor physical values changed and also triggers the microprocessor from sleep mode to working state. Then the microprocessor reads the sensor physical value to verify if it is compliant with the defined boot up orientation as well as the sequential. If negative, the microprocessor will set the sensor and itself getting back to the sleep mode. Once the applied booting gesture meets the defined orientation and sequential, the microprocessor will release the turning ON signal to the utility circuit and power control circuit to turn the device ON.
