    Abstract: A method for detecting a whole transcriptome RNA structure and the use thereof A method for detecting an intact RNA structure by combining in vivo click chemistry selective 2?-hydroxy acylation and mutation map analysis. Combined with the RNA immunoprecipitation technology, the method is further applied to analyze a RNA structure map of Dicer-bound substrates, and reveals the structural type and characteristics of the Dicer substrates. The method provided for detecting a whole transcriptome RNA structure can also perform complete full-length structure analysis on small RNAs, thereby laying the foundation for the research on the structure and biological functions of RNA molecules in a whole transcriptome in cells.

    Abstract: A blockchain-based data processing method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are provided. Block proposal information is received including a block and a digital signature transmitted by an out-block node. The digital signature is obtained by performing digital signature processing on block header information included in the block. The block header information includes a first Merkel root determined based on transaction data in the block body information. Digest calculation on the block header information is performed to obtain first digest information. De-signature processing is performed on the digital signature to obtain second digest information. A second Merkel root is determined based on the transaction data acquired from the block proposal information when the first digest information and the second digest information are matched. An operation on the block is performed based on a comparison result of the first Merkel root and the second Merkel root.

    Abstract: Data routing with a forwarding process of service data can avoid problems of offline nodes. The forwarding process for data routing can also improve the fault tolerance and service data can be quickly transmitted to a corresponding data pool. Using consensus nodes and a target data pool with routing and forwarding tables along with subtrees from a trie tree can improve the routing. Subtrees may be obtained by splitting the trie tree from a root node by using a first leaf node as a benchmark, which correspondingly represents a data pool of the consensus node. The routing and forwarding table is configured to record addresses of data pools correspondingly represented by a preset quantity of leaf nodes in a corresponding subtree.
