  • Publication number: 20240076707
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for modifying a DNA by utilizing a glycosylase and an oxyamine compound, including the following steps: conducting solid phase synthesis of a DNA strand carrying a non-canonical base; reacting the DNA strand carrying a non-canonical base under the catalysis of the glycosylase which selectively recognizes the non-canonical base, to produce a DNA strand carrying an abasic site; and reacting the DNA strand carrying the abasic site with the oxyamine compound to generate a DNA modified with a chemical functional group. This method can realize diverse site-directed modification of the DNA, can be used to study the base structure-function relationship of a functional DNA, and construct a functional DNA with higher activity. The present method is simple and easy to use, and can reduce the cost and the time required for modification. The modified functional DNA has higher activity and can provide better tool molecules for biotechnology, disease diagnosis and treatment.

  • Publication number: 20230374614
Abstract: Primers, a kit and a method for detecting African swine fever virus are provided, which relates to virus detection technologies. The primers are used to detect vp72 gene of African swine fever virus, and nucleotide sequences thereof are shown in SEQ ID NO: 6 and SEQ ID NO: 7. The kit includes the primers. The method uses the primers or the kit to perform dye fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on genomic DNA of a sample to be detected. This method has strong specificity, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and lower cost than the TaqMan probe method.

  • Publication number: 20230265136
Abstract: A use of a canopy fibroblast growth factor signaling regulator 3 (CNPY3) protein as a target for treating of dengue fever is provided belongs to the technical field of antiviral drugs. An important host protein CNPY3 related to dengue virus infection is identified. A host gene is significantly down-regulated in blood of dengue patients and in dengue virus (DENV) infected dendritic cells and THP-1 cells. Its expression is negatively correlated with the progression of dengue disease and positively correlated with the expression of most Toll-like receptors. Down-regulation of the host gene inhibits the production of IFN-? and the expression of ISGs in THP-1 cells, promoting DENV-2 infection. Up-regulation of the host gene expression in Vero and HEK 293T cells inhibits DENV-2 infection. It indicates that CNPY3 participates in an innate immune response signaling pathway, has the effect of anti-dengue virus, and is a potential therapeutic target for dengue fever.

  • Publication number: 20210040153
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of virology, and specifically discloses a short peptide having a dengue virus replication inhibition function and an application thereof. The amino acid sequence of the short peptide provided in the present invention is KHGHHRH, i.e. Lys-His-Gly-His-His-Arg-His (SEQ ID NO. 1). The short peptide has a high specificity affinity with NS5 and has the function of efficiently inhibiting dengue virus replication, the anti-viral effect thereof not been limited to DENV-2, but also having a significant inhibitory effect on the replication of type 1, type 3, and type 4 dengue virus. One cysteine is added to the two ends of the short peptide sequence, the short peptide being cyclised by means of the cysteines at the two ends to form a cyclic peptide. The obtained cyclic peptide strengthens the dengue virus replication inhibition function, and can be used for specific treatment of dengue virus infection.

  • Patent number: 10871953
Abstract: When an application client is started, if an application patch file package exists for the application client, the device invokes a DexClassLoader to load one or more executable files generated from one or more class files for which an updated version and a current version of the application client have a difference. The device initializes the application client by inserting each of the one or more executable files in front of existing executable files of a corresponding application component in the current version of the application client, such that invocation of corresponding class files for the one or more classes in the current version of the application client is bypassed during the initializing of the application client. The present disclosure resolves a technical problem that when an application is updated, a current operation needs to be interrupted to enter an installation interface, consequently reducing application update efficiency.
