Abstract: A database access method and apparatus are disclosed, to ensure data security during interaction between a user and a database, and effectively reduce performance overheads. The method includes: receiving an encrypted data computation request sent by a database kernel, where the encrypted data computation request requests to perform computation on encrypted data of a user, and the database kernel runs in a non-secure execution environment; receiving encrypted data sent by the database kernel, where the encrypted data is all encrypted data in a user query request; performing decryption and computation on the encrypted data in response to the encrypted data computation request, to obtain a computation result; encrypting the computation result to obtain an encrypted computation result; and sending the encrypted computation result to the database kernel.

Abstract: A method for processing query fault, where a database server receives a query statement and generates a corresponding query plan tree including multiple layers of operators in a pipeline relationship, and each layer includes operation symbols having logical relationship with each other. The server executes the query statement according to the query plan tree, extracts intermediate status information of a faulty operator when a fault occurs in a process of executing the query statement, updates operation symbols of the faulty operator and a logical relationship among the operation symbols according to the query plan tree and the intermediate status information to obtain a reconstructed query plan tree, and continues to execute the query statement according to the reconstructed query plan tree after the fault is recovered.

Abstract: A robot arm and a transfer robot are disclosed. In one embodiment, a robot arm includes an arm body and a plurality of adjustment units. The arm body has a first carrying surface and defines a length direction along which a length of the arm body is in and a width direction along which a width of the arm body is in. The adjustment units is disposed on at least one side of the arm body in the width direction. Each adjustment unit includes: a connection member fixed to the arm body, and an adjustment member movably connected to the connection member and having a second carrying surface that is parallel to the first carrying surface. The adjustment member is movable relative to the connection member in the width direction so that the second carrying surface is adjustable in the width direction.
