    Abstract: Discussed is a tandem photovoltaic cell and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a monolithic tandem photovoltaic cell in which a perovskite photovoltaic cells is laminated and bonded on a silicon photovoltaic cell and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present disclosure, the tandem photovoltaic cell includes: a substrate on which a texture having both valley and peak portions is formed; and a perovskite adsorption layer formed on the substrate. By providing the tandem photovoltaic cell in which valley and peak portions are rounded and the manufacturing method thereof, the efficiency of the tandem photovoltaic cell may be uniformly improved over the entire panel and avoid a short circuit of an inter-layer.
