    Abstract: The present invention provides a composite material of laminated curved glass and a manufacturing method thereof, the composite material of laminated curved glass includes a first glass plate, a prefabricated part, and an adhesive film configured between the first glass plate and the prefabricated part, the thickness of the first glass plate is 0.1 mm to 2.2 mm. The manufacturing method of the composite material of laminated curved glass includes processing the first glass plate with strengthening treatment, providing the adhesive film, laminating the first glass plate processed by the strengthening treatment, the adhesive film, and the prefabricated part in sequence, and then performing a low temperature press molding process to obtain the composite material of laminated curved glass. The method of the present bents the glass without high temperature to soften the glass.

    Abstract: A fabrication method for a solar cell assembly is disclosed. Solar cell sheets, which are connected to each other with connecting sheets, are placed into an injection mold having casting molds. The solar cell sheets are respectively situated in the casting molds. An injection molding material is injected into the casting molds under a heating condition such that the solar cell sheets are encapsulated in the injection molding material. The injection molding material can include ethylene-vinyl acetate or polysilicone and polyvinyl butyral. The encapsulated solar cell sheets are taken out of the injection mold. A substrate and a back sheet respectively are attached to two sides of the encapsulated solar cell sheets.

The present invention provides a glass coated with a highly reflective film comprising a glass substrate and a highly reflective film formed thereon, wherein the highly reflective film comprises inorganic film-forming materials, adhesives and solvents. The present invention also provides a process for preparing a glass coated with a highly reflective film comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a coating solution; (2) coating the coating solution on a glass; and (3) curing the coated glass. The coated glass is white. Compared with conventional fluorine-containing back sheet materials, the coated glass of the present invention has excellent reflectivity, thermal conductivity, water resistance, mechanical properties and weatherability. Further, the manufacture of the present invention is simple, cost efficient and suitable for large-scale commercialization.
