The device includes a conveying means configured to convey an article to be printed to a printing position under a print head for ejecting the ink droplet; an imaging means configured to acquire an image of a printing area after the ink droplet is ejected on the printed area of the surface of the article by the print head; an analyzing means configured to acquire at least one geometric property of the ink droplet from the image and determine whether ink droplet abnormality has occurred based on the at least one geometric property.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mask plate and a method for manufacturing the same. The mask plate comprises a body provided with a plurality of openings, in which a first surface of the body is provided with cofferdams each surrounding a corresponding opening, and each cofferdam is configured to confine a diffusion range of a material deposited on a substrate through the opening. In the present disclosure, by providing, on a surface of the body of the mask plate, cofferdams each surrounding edges of each corresponding opening, the cofferdams can effectively prevent the deposition material from depositing into an invalid region, thus CVD shadow can be reduced and the packaging effect can be improved in the process of film deposition or evaporation by chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

Abstract: The disclosure provides a mask assembly comprising a mask which comprises a first surface facing towards an evaporation source and a second surface facing towards an article to be deposited, and pattern openings are formed in the mask, wherein the mask assembly further comprises at least one test sheet which is detachably provided on the mask. The test sheet is provided at a region on the mask where no pattern opening is provided, and is configured such that an evaporation material can be deposited on the test sheet when an evaporation process is performed by using the mask assembly. The disclosure further provides an apparatus and a method for detecting a film thickness of the evaporation material on the mask assembly. With the apparatus, the film thickness of the evaporation material deposited on the mask assembly can be easily detected.
