Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure herein include a method of removing a contamination material from an optical device. The method may include disposing an optical device in a process chamber, the optical device having optical device structures formed in a substrate, the contamination material is disposed at least on sidewalls of the optical device structures and within trenches between the optical device structures, and exposing the optical device to a plasma generated in the process chamber, the plasma generated from oxygen gas (O2), chlorine gas (Cl2), Argon (Ar), or a combination thereof, the exposing the optical device to the plasma removes the contamination material.

Abstract: A dustbin with an adjustable height comprises an outside container body, an inside container body, a compression spring provided between the bottom of outside container body and the bottom of inside container body, a longitudinal row of grooves provided at the side wall of the inside container body and a level regulator provided at the side wall of the outside container body. The level regulator has a left end for embedding in the groove and a right end for coupling with a switch means to control the horizontal motion of the level regulator. The height of inside container body can be adjusted to satisfy the users of different heights by the level regulator.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dustbin. A dustbin of adjustable height, comprises: an outside container body and an inside container body, a compression spring provided between the bottom of outside container body and the bottom of inside container body, a longitudinal row of grooves provided at the side wall of inside container body, a level regulator provided at the side wall of outside container body, with its left end embeds in the groove and its right end coupling with a switch means to control the horizontal motion of the level regulator. According to the present invention, the level regulator catches in the groove at different heights so that the inside container body can project the outside container body. The height of inside container body can be adjusted to satisfy the users of different heights. The operation is very simple: to adjust the height, just press the manual button of the switch means.
